Big things are landing on VeVe this week.

From smarter discovery tools and stronger community connections to a refreshed purchase experience designed to make every drop feel more rewarding, this release introduces some of our biggest collector-focused improvements yet.

And that’s before we even mention the all-new Augmented Reality (AR) experience.

Discover More of What You Love

The Explore page is becoming smarter.

Instead of showing every collector the same content, Explore will now begin tailoring recommendations based on your interests, activity and collecting preferences.

The more you engage with VeVe, the better your Explore page becomes at helping you discover collectibles, comics and other recommendations selected specifically for you.

Rather than simply showing what’s newest, Explore can now help uncover content that aligns with your interests, whether that’s a favorite franchise, a particular style of collectible, or a comic series you may have overlooked.

Helping New Collectors Find Their Fandom

This update isn’t just for existing collectors.

One of the biggest challenges for new users is understanding the breadth of content available across VeVe and finding the collectibles, comics, and brands that resonate with them.

The Explore helps guide new collectors toward content that matches their interests more quickly, making it easier to discover fandoms, build collections, and engage with the established VeVe community from day one.

Overall, the goal is simple: help you discover more of what you love. It’s the first step towards a more personalised VeVe experience.

Introducing Collector Network

Collecting is better together.

The Collector Network is a new social discovery feature that helps you connect with fellow collectors who share your interests, favourite brands and collecting habits.

Find new collectors to follow on VeVe, see who owns the same collectibles you do, and uncover new collecting opportunities through community-driven recommendations.

Find Like-Minded Collectors

The first place you’ll encounter Collector Network is on your Profile page.

Look for the Collectors to Follow section, which presents a curated list of collectors who share similar interests and collecting habits. From here, you’ll be able to quickly see:

How many collectibles you have in common
Their collector level, username and profile information
Follow status

You can tap any collector to view their profile, browse their collection, and follow them directly with a single click.

Owned by Collectors You Follow

The new Owned by Collectors You Follow section highlights collectors you already follow who own the collectible or comic you’re currently viewing. This provides a quick way to see what fellow collectors in your network are collecting and helps uncover shared interests across your community.

Collectors Who Own This Also Own

Discover other collectibles and comics commonly found in the collections of people who own the item you’re currently viewing.

Think of it as a collector-driven recommendation engine. If collectors who own one item frequently own certain others, you’ll be able to discover those connections and explore new additions for your own collection.

Whether you’re looking for related collectibles, exploring a fandom, or simply browsing for inspiration, this feature surfaces new collecting opportunities, based on real collector behavior.

Collector Network represents the first phase of our ongoing investment in social discovery and community features across VeVe.

We’re building tools that make it easier to find people who share your passions, discover new collectibles through trusted collector connections, and create a richer, more engaging collecting experience.

This is just the beginning, and we have plenty more planned as we continue evolving the social side of VeVe.

A More Rewarding Purchase Experience

We’ve completely refreshed the VeVe purchase journey.

The process remains simple, but every step now feels more engaging.

Improved Purchase Flow

The purchase experience is now easier to use across all drop types.

For blind box and traditional purchases, the process remains straightforward – you simply click Buy Now on the product page to kick off the new purchase flow.

For waitlist drops, we’ve simplified things even further. Rather than presenting multiple options directly on the product page, you’ll now see a single Join Waitlist button that takes you to a dedicated screen where you can configure your waitlist preferences.

From here, you can choose to enable Auto-Pay and MCP Priority Bidding. Once saved, your preferences remain active for that waitlist and can be updated at any time before the waitlist allocation process begins.

A More Exciting Unboxing Moment

We’ve made securing a collectible feel more special, with a brand-new unboxing animation that plays immediately after your purchase is confirmed. This adds an extra layer of excitement as you discover the collectible you’ve secured.

Everything You Need to Know. Immediately

One of the biggest improvements comes after you’ve completed your purchase. Rather than having to navigate through your collection to find details about your new collectible, you’ll now see a dedicated success screen containing all the key information about your new collectible at a glance.

From the image, name, rarity, and edition number, everything you need to know is now available immediately, making it easier to celebrate your latest addition and understand exactly what you’ve secured.

Jump Straight Into the Experience

The new success screen also introduces a range of actions that allow you to immediately engage with your newly acquired collectible.

From here, you can view your collectible in AR, share it to the VeVe Feed or on social media, open the item in your Collection, or continue browsing VeVe

These shortcuts make it easier than ever to start enjoying, showcasing, and sharing your collection the moment a purchase is complete.
