Question 3

How do I buy a digital collectible?

Accepted Answer

Once your account has been set up and you log in, find the latest drops on the VeVe Store, or browse the VeVe market to find items for sale from other users. Drops can sell out fast, sometimes in seconds, so make sure to check the drop date and time in the app so you can be ready and not miss out! Purchasing is made easy with intuitive purchasing flows and we have a variety of ways you can acquire items for your collection: Buy Now: For items that have been dropped (released), and are still available in the Store, you can simply click on the 'Buy Now' button on the product page and either purchase with Gems you have in your wallet, or top up your Gem balance with a credit card or other payment method before completing the purchase. Waitlist: For items that haven't been dropped (released) yet, you can join a waitlist. When you join the waitlist you will go into a queue with the other waitlist participants to secure your chance to purchase the item. If selected from the waitlist, you will have 7 minutes to complete the purchase. Any remaining editions available after the waitlist drop can then be purchased until sold out. For drops where Auto-Pay is available, we recommend enabling this feature to ensure you don't miss out if you are selected. Crafting: Some items are only available by combining specific ingredients. These can be a mix of other collectibles, MCP Points, your Level, Rank, or Gems. Check the requirements on the craft item page and ensure you have the best chance to craft a collectible by having all the listed requirements at the time of the drop.

Question 4

What are Gems, and how do I use them?

Accepted Answer

Gems are VeVe's in-app currency. Think of them like digital tokens that you use to buy and sell all the items on the app. How to get Gems: You can buy Gems directly within the app using your credit card or other payment methods. How to use Gems: Use Gems to buy items from the VeVe Store (for new releases) or the VeVe Market (for items sold by other collectors). Earn Gems: When you sell one of your collectibles on the VeVe Market, you will receive Gems, which are added to your Wallet balance.
