VeVe Introduces Roblox Redemptions Through Ubisoft’s Rabbids Takeover
VeVe is taking digital collecting into new territory.
The latest Ubisoft Rabbids Takeover collection marks the first time VeVe has connected a digital collectible release with Roblox redemptions through the Roblox Authorized Merchandiser Program (AMP). The collaboration gives eligible collectors more than a new addition to their collection. It also unlocks an exclusive in-game reward inside the Rabbids Takeover experience on Roblox.
The release represents a new milestone for VeVe as officially licensed digital collectibles continue to evolve beyond display and into connected digital experiences.
What Are Roblox Redemptions?
The Roblox Authorized Merchandiser Program (AMP) allows approved brands to connect products with exclusive digital rewards inside Roblox.
For the Rabbids Takeover collection, eligible VeVe purchases include a unique redemption code delivered by email. Collectors can redeem that code through Roblox to unlock a matching in-game item for the Rabbids Takeover experience.
Traditionally, Roblox’s AMP program has been associated with physical merchandise. Toys, apparel, and other officially licensed products often include a redemption code that unlocks exclusive avatar items or in-game cosmetics. This launch brings that same concept to officially licensed digital collectibles, creating a seamless connection between collecting on VeVe and playing on Roblox.
A New Step for Digital Collectibles
For years, digital collectibles and gaming rewards have largely existed as separate experiences. Collectors built digital collections while players unlocked cosmetics inside their favorite games. This release brings those worlds closer together.
By connecting VeVe collectibles with Roblox rewards, the Rabbids Takeover collection demonstrates how digital ownership can extend beyond a single platform. A collector’s journey no longer ends with adding a collectible to their showroom. It can continue inside an interactive gaming experience.
That creates new opportunities for licensors, gaming brands, and collectors alike. As digital entertainment becomes increasingly interconnected, experiences that span multiple platforms are becoming a natural evolution for fandom.
Building on VeVe’s Licensed Collection
VeVe has built one of the world’s largest collections of officially licensed digital collectibles across entertainment, comics, gaming, film, and art. This collaboration with Ubisoft expands what those collectibles can offer.
“Roblox’s Authorized Merchandiser Program creates an exciting opportunity to connect officially licensed digital collectibles with one of the world’s largest gaming communities,” said David Yu, CEO and Co-Founder of VeVe. “Working alongside Ubisoft allows us to extend the value of collecting beyond VeVe and into Roblox while continuing to celebrate the incredible brands that define our platform.”
Rather than replacing the collectible, the Roblox reward adds another layer to the experience, allowing collectors to engage with the Rabbids in both ecosystems.
Growing the VeVe Experience
The Rabbids have spent years bringing their signature chaos to games, television, and pop culture. Now they’re helping introduce a new kind of connected collecting.
“For VeVe, this is about meeting fandoms where they already play,” said Corey Truax, Head of Brand at VeVe. “This collaboration demonstrates how officially licensed digital collectibles can extend beyond a single platform while introducing VeVe to one of the world’s largest gaming communities. It’s an exciting step forward for our brand and the future of digital collecting.”
As digital entertainment continues to evolve, Roblox redemptions offer a compelling example of how collecting and gameplay can complement one another. Rather than existing as isolated experiences, they become connected moments that reward collectors across multiple platforms.
The Ubisoft Rabbids Takeover collection is the first release of its kind on VeVe, connecting officially licensed digital collectibles with exclusive Roblox rewards through the Roblox Authorized Merchandiser Program. It marks another step toward a more connected future for digital collecting.
