In the VeVeVerse we encourage:

• Respect for others
• Treating other users the way you want to be treated.

In order to protect you and other users there is some content, behaviour and activities that are not permitted in the VeVeVerse which are further described below. Failure by a user to follow these guidelines may result in action being taken against the user; including removal of content, removal of access to all or part of the VeVeVerse and/or any other action permitted under these Terms of Use or by law (at our discretion).

As a general principle, content, behaviour and activities that we consider to be objectionable are not permitted in the VeVeVerse. As a reminder "Objectionable" (as defined in the Terms of Use) includes being objectionable, defamatory, obscene, offensive, harassing, threatening, unlawful, the posting of spam, inaccurate, misleading, harmful, defamatory, libellous, discriminatory, sexual or pornographic or similar in any way, This would include the following, which is not permitted in the VeVeVerse:

1. Objectionable content and behaviour (whether engaging, creating, promoting, organizing or participating in it).
2. content depicting any person partaking in, or encouraging others to partake in, dangerous activities or content that promotes, normalizes, or glorifies harm.
3. harassment of users or any other behaviour that could cause emotional distress to users.
4. sharing of false information or misinformation, including content, behavior, or information that is false or misleading.
5. sharing of personal information about a person without their content.
6. content or behaviour that infringes a third party's copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.
7. vigilante behaviour.
8. impersonation of anyone.
9. content or behaviour involving:
   • a crime, a criminal or a criminal organization;
   • violence or similar;
   • bullying, insult, intimidation, harassment or similar behaviour;
   • sexual activity, sexual images or similar;
   • drugs, illegal substances, alcohol, tobacco products (including vaping products) or similar substances;
   • depiction or promotion of commercial endeavours; or
   • which may infringe the Intellectual Property Rights of any person.
10. use of the VeVeVerse App (directly or indirectly) for commercial or business purposes (or similar). Your use of the VeVeVerse App must only be for your personal enjoyment.

In addition, any other content, behaviour or activities that we consider may undermine the integrity of the VeVeVerse App or our business is not permitted.

We may give a user a limited license to their own VeVeVerse Space in the VeVeVerse. Another user may invite you to visit their VeVeVerse Space and/or participate in activities in their VeVeVerse Space. If you do so, you must follow any reasonable instructions given or rules set by such user in relation to visiting to their VeVeVerse Space (provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, the above guidelines apply to every VeVeVerse Space and in the event of conflict, override any instruction or rules from Users.
