1. Do I own my NFTs?

Ownership of intellectual property rights in VeVe StickerVerse digital content remains with VeVe StickerVerse. When you acquire an NFT or digital item through the App, you are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to access and use that item within the App or supported environments. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying artwork, content, or associated intellectual property rights.

Any content you independently create or submit remains your property. By using the App, you grant VeVe StickerVerse a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, store, and use such content within the App. This license does not transfer ownership.

You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe any law or third-party rights. VeVe StickerVerse may remove user content at its discretion.

2. Can off-chain NFTs become on-chain?

Off-chain NFTs may, at VeVe StickerVerse's discretion, be converted to on-chain NFTs directly within the App. This mints them onto the TON blockchain, making them publicly verifiable and tradable. Conversion requires the user to pay the applicable blockchain gas fees; VeVe StickerVerse does not collect or control these fees.

3. Can I resell my NFTs?

On-chain NFTs can be sold or traded on compatible marketplaces. Any fees, royalties, or platform costs are your responsibility. Off-chain NFTs are currently not resellable outside the app ecosystem.

4. Where can I trade my NFTs? (Secondary Markets)

Secondary trading for on-chain NFTs may take place on marketplaces such as Getgems (https://getgems.io/), PalaceNFT, and MRKT.

VeVe StickerVerse does not own or control these marketplaces and makes no representation regarding their availability, pricing, or liquidity. Users are responsible for any transaction fees, royalties, or other costs incurred. Use of external marketplaces is at your own risk.

Always use official links and verified platforms only. Be cautious of scams and unofficial websites.

5. Are NFTs financial products or investments?

Digital items available through the App are intended for personal enjoyment and collectible purposes only. They are not financial products or investments, and VeVe StickerVerse makes no representation that any digital item will retain value, increase in value, or be liquid.

6. How do I pay for drops?

You can pay with Telegram Stars (for off-chain minting) or TON (for on-chain minting). Payment methods vary by drop. Prices for digital items will be displayed within the App at the time of purchase.

By completing a transaction, you authorise the applicable payment method and agree to pay any applicable taxes, fees, royalties, or network charges. Payments via Telegram Stars, TON Blockchain, or third-party wallets are subject to their respective rules, terms, and fees.

VeVe StickerVerse is not responsible for network delays, payment errors, or conversion issues. You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes that may arise from your transactions involving digital items.

7. All sales are final

All transactions within the App are final except where required by applicable law. Payments made via Telegram Stars, TON, or third-party wallets cannot be reversed. Please review carefully before confirming.

8. What are Whitelists and Raffles?

Whitelists and raffles may provide early or exclusive access to drops. Raffle results are random and entry does not guarantee a spot. We are not responsible for lost NFTs, deposits, or errors in these processes.

9. Will there be new features?

VeVe StickerVerse may introduce new features, updates, or changes, including additional drop mechanics, games, NFT utility functions, staking, burning, forging, experience points, rewards, or other integrations.

VeVe StickerVerse may also modify, suspend, or discontinue drops, features, or support for digital items at its discretion. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any such updates to these Terms.

10. Is my account secure?

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account, device, and any wallets linked to the App. VeVe StickerVerse is not liable for unauthorized access, lost credentials, device failures, or wallet issues. Never share credentials or private keys.

11. What about third-party services?

The App may integrate with third-party services such as wallets, payment providers, or other platforms. VeVe StickerVerse does not control these services and is not responsible for their operation, security, or availability.

12. What happens if something goes wrong?

VeVe StickerVerse provides the App "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use the App at your own risk. VeVe StickerVerse is not liable for lost, inaccessible, or burned NFTs; device, network, or connection failures; blockchain or wallet errors; off-chain NFT mismanagement; or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Lawful Use

You must not use the App where doing so would breach any applicable law, sanctions, or regulatory restrictions. VeVe StickerVerse may restrict or suspend access where required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

14. How old do I have to be?

You must be at least 16 years old to use VeVe StickerVerse. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

15. What laws apply?

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with New Zealand law and applicable Telegram dispute resolution processes.

16. Can my access be terminated?

VeVe StickerVerse may suspend or terminate access at any time. Your rights and obligations accrued before termination remain enforceable.

17. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VeVe StickerVerse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Telegram's Terms of Service. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of any updates to these Terms.
