How Can We Help?

VeVe Stickerverse is a collecting experience that runs inside Telegram, the messaging app.

You buy sealed packs of digital collectible stickers. Open them to see which ones you got and use those stickers in your Telegram chats, or keep them sealed if you’d rather collect them that way.

Open packs, discover rarities, trade with other collectors, and show off your collection without leaving Telegram.
No, and this trips a lot of people up.

VeVe Stickerverse is not something you download from the App Store or Google Play. It runs inside the Telegram app you already have, as what Telegram calls a “Mini App” — a small app that opens in a window inside Telegram itself.

To open it:
  • Open Telegram on your phone or computer.
  • Tap the search bar at the top and type @veve_stickerverse_bot — or tap this link on a device with Telegram installed: t.me/veve_stickerverse_bot
  • Tap Start.
  • VeVe Stickerverse opens in a window inside Telegram. That’s it — you’re in.
If you don’t have Telegram at all, download Telegram first (it’s free), create an account, then follow the steps above.
Four steps, and it’s worth doing them before launch day rather than during it:
  1. Find the bot. Search for @veve_stickerverse_bot in Telegram and tap Start.
  2. Connect your TON wallet. Use Telegram Wallet, or an external wallet like Tonkeeper or MyTonWallet. See “Which wallet should I use?” under Wallet & Blockchain.
  3. Load Telegram Stars. Some drops are priced in Stars, including the Genesis set.
  4. Start collecting. You’re ready.
Drops move quickly, so having your wallet connected and funded in advance means you’re not setting things up while a sale is live.

To buy: Telegram Stars for Stars-priced drops, or GRAM for on-chain purchases. Which applies is published in each drop’s announcement.

To open, or to move items on-chain: a small amount of GRAM in your wallet for TON network fees. These are typically under 1 GRAM, though the exact amount is set by the network and varies.

The app walks you through opening step by step when you’re ready, and will warn you before you confirm, because opening can’t be undone.
GRAM is the cryptocurrency of the TON blockchain, which is the blockchain VeVe Stickerverse uses. You need a small amount of it in your wallet to open packs and to move items on-chain.

You can buy GRAM:
  • Inside Telegram, using Telegram Wallet. This is the simplest option since there’s nothing to download.
  • Through a TON wallet app such as Tonkeeper or MyTonWallet.
  • On a crypto exchange, then send it to your wallet address.
You only need a small amount. Network fees are typically under 1 GRAM.

If you’ve heard of Toncoin, that’s the same currency under its old name — it was renamed to GRAM in June 2026. Nothing changed for holders.

⚠️ Nobody gives GRAM away. Any site or message offering free GRAM, a claim, or a migration is a scam.

You’ll need a connected wallet either way — even when you’re paying with Telegram Stars. Your wallet is how your collectibles are held and verified, so connecting one is part of getting set up, not an optional extra.

Paying is the easy part: Telegram Stars work like any normal in-app purchase. You’ll also want a small amount of GRAM in your wallet to cover network fees when opening a pack or moving items on-chain.

No. There is no VeVe Stickerverse token, and there is no free token airdrop.

Any message, website, bot, or account offering you free VeVe tokens, a Stickerverse token airdrop, an early claim, or anything similar is a scam. This is true no matter how official it looks, how many followers the account has, or whether it appears to come from a VeVe team member.

The only token associated with the VeVe ecosystem is OMI. Anything else claiming to be a VeVe or Stickerverse token does not exist.

OMI is not currently bridged to Telegram or TON. So any OMI you’re offered inside Telegram, any “OMI on TON” listing, or any bridge or claim page for it is a scam.

Rules that will keep you safe:
  • Never connect your wallet to a site to "claim" anything.
  • Never share your wallet’s recovery phrase or private keys. Not with anyone, ever — support included.
  • Treat anyone who messages you first as a scammer until proven otherwise. Real support doesn’t DM you out of the blue.
  • Don’t trust urgency. “Claim in the next 10 minutes” exists to stop you checking.
  • Official announcements only ever come through our announcement channel.
If you’re not sure whether something is real, ask us before you act. Send it to the community channel and we’ll tell you. There’s no such thing as a silly question here — checking costs you nothing, and getting it wrong can cost you your whole collection.

You don’t need a VeVe app account to use VeVe Stickerverse.
Always use official links. Be cautious of anyone who messages you first, and never share your wallet’s recovery phrase or private keys with anyone — support will never ask for them.
