VeVe Phygital Terms & Conditions Explained
Phygital on VeVe brings the digital and physical worlds together in one seamless collecting experience. Secure an eligible digital collectible in-app, hold or craft it as outlined, and you may unlock the opportunity to receive a real-world counterpart shipped to your door or picked up on-site. It is collecting without limits, where ownership lives on your device and in your hands.
Below you will find the key terms, timelines, and eligibility details for each phygital release so you know exactly how redemption works and what to expect next.
Redemption Process:
Eligible users will receive an email with instructions to share their shipping details to arrange delivery.
Shipping & Risk:
Physical items will be shipped to the address provided. Shipping is at the buyer’s risk, and VeVe is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays during shipping. Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other import fees applicable to their shipment.
Mint Numbers:
Physical mint numbers may not correspond to the digital collectible unless explicitly stated.
By participating, users agree to these terms and acknowledge the conditions for redemption and shipping.
ECOMI Coin – Phygital Redemption Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
To craft the Ecomi Coin, collectors must hold the ECOMI Red and Silver Logo and 65 Gems.
Crafting Period:
Crafting opens February 27, 2026 at 8:00 AM PT and closes August 27, 2026. It is first come, first served.
Shipping Information:
Within a week of crafting, collectors will be emailed to provide shipping information. Shipping costs are included in the initial crafting cost (65 gems). Additional tariff, customs, or duties costs will remain the responsibility of the recipient, depending on local regulations.
Crafting More Than One:
Those who own more than one ECOMI Red and Silver Logo can craft multiple coins, but will be limited to one per customer in-app. Additional crafting can be accomplished by contacting support.
VeVe Gold and Silver Coin - Phygital Redemption Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: To craft the coin, you must hold the original VeVe Logo Gold & Silver v1, plus 400,000 MCP points and 50 Gems. One craft per account.
Crafting Period: Crafting is first-come, first-served, opening Nov 2, 2025 at 8:00 AM PT and closing Sep 02, 2026. Remaining editions will be burned after this date.
Crafting More Than One: If you hold multiple v1 logos and wish to redeem additional physical coins, please see the email sent to VeVe Gold & Silver (v1) holders. Additional crafting can be accomplished by contacting support.
VeVe x DUCOBI Mother of Pearl Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions
Prize: 1x physical statue of the DUCOBI Mother of Pearl Magnolia variant
Eligibility: Purchase a DUCOBI Mother of Pearl digital collectible from the VeVe Store between June 15 2026 at 8:00 AM PT and July 13 2026 at 11:59 PM PT to earn a bonus entry into the sweepstakes. Only eligible digital collectibles obtained from the store within this period are eligible. Buy multiple eligible collectibles? You'll get multiple entries. One collectible purchase = one entry. A max of 5 bonus entries can be obtained per person.
Free Entry: Users can enter the sweepstakes without purchase here, for a max of 5 free entries per person. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Holding Period: Digital collectibles must be held between June 15 2026 at 8:00 AM PT and July 13 2026 at 11:59 PM PT before being sold or transferred. Collectibles sold or transferred before this period will forfeit eligibility for the physical item.
