VeVe Phygital Terms & Conditions Explained
Phygital on VeVe brings the digital and physical worlds together in one seamless collecting experience. Secure an eligible digital collectible in-app, hold or craft it as outlined, and you may unlock the opportunity to receive a real-world counterpart shipped to your door or picked up on-site. It is collecting without limits, where ownership lives on your device and in your hands.
Below you will find the key terms, timelines, and eligibility details for each phygital release so you know exactly how redemption works and what to expect next.
Redemption Process:
Eligible users will receive an email with instructions to share their shipping details to arrange delivery.
Shipping & Risk:
Physical items will be shipped to the address provided. Shipping is at the buyer’s risk, and VeVe is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays during shipping. Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other import fees applicable to their shipment.
Mint Numbers:
Physical mint numbers may not correspond to the digital collectible unless explicitly stated.
By participating, users agree to these terms and acknowledge the conditions for redemption and shipping.
Graffi ver. Phantom – Phygital Redemption Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
Purchase 1 of the 25 Graffi ver. Phantom digital collectibles from the VeVe store between 2 February at 8:00 AM PT and 2 March at 11:59 PM PT 2026. Only digital collectibles obtained from the store within this period are eligible.
Holding Period:
Digital collectibles must be held between 2 February at 8:00 AM PT and 2 March at 11:59 PM PT 2026 before being sold or transferred. Collectibles sold or transferred before this period will forfeit eligibility for the physical item.
tOBEY – Phygital Redemption Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
Purchase a tOBEY Unbreakable digital collectible from the VeVe store between 23 February 2026 at 8:00 AM PT and 9 March 2026 at 11:59 PM PT to earn a bonus entry into the sweepstakes. Only eligible digital collectibles obtained from the store within this period are eligible. Buy multiple eligible collectibles? You’ll get multiple entries: one collectible purchase = one entry. A max of 5 bonus entries can be obtained per person.
Free Entry:
Users can enter the sweepstakes without purchase here, for a max of 5 free entries per person. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Holding Period:
Digital collectibles must be held between 23 February 2026at 8:00 AM PT and 9 March 2026 at 11:59 PM PT before being sold or transferred. Collectibles sold or transferred before this period will forfeit eligibility for the physical item.
ECOMI Coin – Phygital Redemption Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
To craft the Ecomi Coin, collectors must hold the ECOMI Red and Silver Logo and 65 Gems.
Crafting Period:
Crafting opens February 27, 2026 at 8:00 AM PT and closes August 27, 2026. It is first come, first served.
Shipping Information:
Within a week of crafting, collectors will be emailed to provide shipping information. Shipping costs are included in the initial crafting cost (65 gems). Additional tariff, customs, or duties costs will remain the responsibility of the recipient, depending on local regulations.
Crafting More Than One:
Those who own more than one ECOMI Red and Silver Logo can craft multiple coins, but will be limited to one per customer in-app. Additional crafting can be accomplished by contacting support.
