These Terms and Conditions (Agreement) govern your participation in the VeVe Community Awards Program (the "Program"). By participating in this Program, you ("You", or "Your") agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Capitalized terms not defined in this Agreement have the meaning attributed to them in the VeVe Terms of Use, available here: https://www.veve.me/terms-conditions ("VeVe T&Cs").
Participation in the Program is open to all VeVe Users worldwide who hold a valid VeVe account.
Certain awards (e.g., "Best New Collector," "Most Comic Sets on VeVe," "Most Active User on VeVe") have specific eligibility dates or data requirements outlined in the award description.
2) NOMINATIONS & SUBMISSIONS
Nominations for relevant award categories will open at 9.00 AM 11 September 2025 PT and will close at 11.59 PM, 25 September, 2025 PT.
Nominations can only be submitted through the official nomination & voting forms designated by VeVe and must be carried out in accordance with the guidelines set out in the Program communications sent via official VeVe channels.
Each participant may nominate themselves or others, provided the submission aligns with the award criteria.
Submissions (including memes, AR content, vault builds, and VeVeVerse spaces) must be:
Original content created by the nominee.
Respectful, non-offensive, and in line with VeVe's community guidelines.
Free of intellectual property violations or unauthorized use of third-party content.
VeVe reserves the right to reject or disqualify any nomination that violates these conditions.
3) AWARD CRITERIA & SELECTION
Each award category has specific criteria, as outlined in the award descriptions detailed within the Program announcement blog.
Categories based on data (e.g., Most Comic Sets on VeVe and Most Active User on VeVe) will be determined solely by VeVe's internal app data as of the specified cut-off date.
For community-driven categories, nominees will be reviewed by VeVe's internal judging panel, and/or voted on by the community, depending on the category.
VeVe reserves the right to verify the eligibility and authenticity of submissions.
4) VOTING
Voting for relevant award categories will open at 9.00 AM 3 October 2025 PT and will close at 11.59 PM 16 October 2025 PT.
Where community voting is involved, voting will only take place through the official VeVe voting form. Votes will not be accepted via any other channels.
Votes that are fraudulent, manipulated, or generated through unfair practices (such as bots or duplicate accounts) will be invalidated.
VeVe reserves the right to adjust or nullify votes where suspicious activity is detected.
5) PRIZES & RECOGNITION
Winners in each category will receive both a physical version and digital colectible version of the winners' trophy, recognition within VeVe’s platforms, or other forms of acknowledgment as determined by VeVe.
Trophies will be presented to the winners at VeVe’s 5th birthday party, held in Las Vegas in November as part of DCon Las Vegas.
If winners can not attend VeVe’s 5th birthday party, the physical trophy will be shipped to the winner.
Digital prizes will be airdropped to the winners’ VeVe accounts by no later than 30 November 2025
Physical prizes (Community Award trophies) are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
VeVe's decision regarding winners will be final and binding.
6) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT RIGHTS
By submitting content (including memes, AR creations, vault builds, and VeVeVerse spaces), participants grant VeVe a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, promote, and share the content across VeVe's platforms and marketing channels.
7) CONDUCT & COMMUNITY STANDARDS
All participants must abide by VeVe's community guidelines and Terms of Use.
Harassment, hate speech, offensive content, or attempts to undermine the integrity of the Program will result in disqualification.
VeVe reserves the right to ban or suspend users from participating in the Program in the future if misconduct is found.
8) DATA PRIVACY
Any personal information collected during the nomination or voting process will be handled in accordance with VeVe's Privacy Policy.
Data will only be used for the administration of the Program and not shared with unauthorized third parties.
9) GENERAL CONDITIONS
VeVe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program at any time without prior notice.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, VeVe's decision regarding winners, timelines, and procedures will be final and binding.
Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
