VeVe Free Comic or Collectible Offer Terms & Conditions

1) Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your acceptance of the VeVe Free Comic or Collectible Offer (“Offer”). By taking up this Offer, you (“You”, or “Your”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Capitalized terms not defined in this Agreement have the meaning attributed to them in the VeVe Terms of Use, available here: VeVe T&Cs.

2) Overview

This Offer grants Eligible New Users a free Digital Product, in the form of a digital comic or digital collectible, within the VeVe app. This Offer will be automatically applied to the VeVe Collection of Eligible New Users who accept the Offer. 

3) Eligibility

To accept the Offer, You must be an Eligible New User as defined in 3.1 below. 

3.1 An “Eligible New User” is someone who:

  • Is at least 18 years old.
  • Clicks on the Offer Button from the Offer Web Page.
  • Creates an account with VeVe by truthfully providing the information required within the VeVe account creation form.
  • Has not previously held a VeVe account or purchased any Digital Products on the VeVe Store or VeVe Market.
  • Accepts and agrees not to breach the VeVe T&Cs.
  • Accepts and agrees not to breach any provision in this Agreement.

3.2 VeVe reserves the right to verify Your eligibility and to disqualify any User found to be attempting to circumvent this Agreement.

4) Offer Availability and Use

4.1 The Offer is subject to availability. In the event that selected preferences are not available, another Digital Product will be awarded.

4.1 The Offer may be claimed only once by each Eligible New User. Multiple VeVe accounts created by the same individual for the purpose of claiming multiple Offers will be considered a violation of these terms.

4.2 The Offer must be used in accordance with VeVe’s T&Cs. The Digital Product awarded via the Offer can not be listed on the VeVe Market or StackR by the Eligible New User for a period of 14 days after joining VeVe. Any listings of the Digital Product awarded via the Offer will be subject to Users completing VeVe’s standard verification. 

4.3 The Offer cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded.

4.3 VeVe reserves the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time.

5) Offer Distribution

5.1 The Offer will award Eligible New Users with one (1) free Digital Product, consisting of one (1) free digital comic or digital collectible. The Digital Product will be:

  • Selected from a pool of digital comics or digital collectibles held by VeVe.
  • Delivered digitally within the VeVe platform to the Eligible New User’s VeVe account.
  • Provided on an “as-is” basis.

5.2 The Digital Product awarded by the Offer is allocated to Users randomly. By participating in The Offer, Users acknowledge and agree that:

  • There is no guarantee of receiving a Digital Product from a specific intellectual property (“IP”), character, brand, or series.
  • There is no guarantee of receiving a Digital Product of any particular rarity, edition, or classification.
  • There is no guarantee of receiving a Digital Product of any particular market value or perceived worth.

6) Definitions

The “Offer Button” is the button on the Offer Web Page that contains the words “Get A Free Digital Comic” or “Get A Free Digital Collectible” and takes Eligible New Users through to the VeVe account creation form.

The “Offer Web Page” is the page within the VeVe website that details the Offer and contains the Offer Button.
