VeVe Community Awards 2026 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the VeVe Community Awards Program 2026 (the “Program”). By participating in this Program, you (“You”, or “Your”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Capitalized terms not defined in this Agreement have the meaning attributed to them in the VeVe Terms of Use, available here.

1. Eligibility

  • Participation in the Program is open to VeVe Users worldwide who hold a valid VeVe account.
  • Certain awards (Trivia Champion, Affiliate of the Year, Feed Master, and VeVe’s Best Friend) are determined by VeVe based on internal platform data or event outcomes, and do not require a nomination.
  • VeVe staff are ineligible for nomination or inclusion in the individual awards.

2. Nominations & Submissions

  • Nominations for community-nominated categories will open at 9.00 AM PT Monday 21 September 2026 and close at 11.59 PM PT Sunday 27 September 2026.
  • Nominations can only be submitted through the official nomination form designated by VeVe, and must be carried out in accordance with the guidelines set out in the Program communications sent via official VeVe channels.
  • Each participant may nominate themselves or others, provided the submission aligns with the award criteria.
  • Submissions (including memes, AR content, showcases, and VeVeVerse spaces) must be original content created by the nominee; respectful, non-offensive, and in line with VeVe’s community guidelines; and free of intellectual property violations or unauthorized use of third-party content.
  • VeVe reserves the right to reject or disqualify any nomination that violates these conditions.

3. Award Criteria & Selection

  • Each award category has specific criteria, as outlined in the award descriptions detailed within the Program announcement blog.
  • Categories based on VeVe data or event outcomes (Trivia Champion, Affiliate of the Year, Feed Master, and VeVe’s Best Friend) will be determined solely by VeVe’s internal data as of 11.59 PM PT on 11 October 2026, or by the result of the relevant community event in the case of Trivia Champion.
  • For community-nominated categories, nominees will be reviewed by VeVe’s internal judging panel to determine finalists, who are then voted on by the community.
  • VeVe reserves the right to verify the eligibility and authenticity of submissions.

4. Voting

  • Voting will open at 9.00 AM PT Monday 5 October 2026 and close at 11.59 PM PT Sunday 11 October 2026.
  • Voting will only take place through the official VeVe voting form. Votes will not be accepted via any other channel.
  • Votes that are fraudulent, manipulated, or generated through unfair practices (such as bots or duplicate accounts) will be invalidated.
  • VeVe reserves the right to adjust or nullify votes where suspicious activity is detected.

5. Prizes & Recognition

  • Winners in each category will receive both a physical version and a digital collectible version of the winner’s medal, recognition within VeVe’s platforms, or other forms of acknowledgment as determined by VeVe.
  • Medals will be presented to winners during the DCon Las Vegas event, held 14 to 16 November 2026.
  • If a winner cannot attend, their physical medal will be shipped to them.
  • Digital prizes will be airdropped to winners’ VeVe accounts no later than 30 November 2026.
  • Physical prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • VeVe’s decision regarding winners will be final and binding.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

By submitting content (including memes, AR creations, showcases, and VeVeVerse spaces), participants grant VeVe a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, promote, and share the content across VeVe’s platforms and marketing channels.

7. Conduct & Community Standards

  • All participants must abide by VeVe’s community guidelines and terms of service.
  • Harassment, hate speech, offensive content, or attempts to undermine the integrity of the Program will result in disqualification.
  • VeVe reserves the right to ban or suspend users from participating in future Programs if misconduct is found.

8. Data Privacy

  • Any personal information collected during the nomination or voting process will be handled in accordance with VeVe’s Privacy Policy.
  • Data will only be used for the administration of the Program and not shared with unauthorized third parties.

9. General Conditions

  • VeVe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, VeVe’s decision regarding winners, timelines, and procedures will be final and binding.
  • Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
