Set in World War II, a group of female superheroes defend the home front. At a convention back in 2011, the DC Comics Bombshells series was born. Artist Ant Lucia presented DC with re-imagined designs of popular heroines in the form of World War II pin-up girls. Ant’s designs were well received by DC and since then have been loved by fans around the world.
