Grundo learned music in the House of Blues supply closet. Funk through the walls, soul from soundcheck choirs, and blues from load-ins. He plays bass like a heartbeat and sings with rasp and warmth. After hours, Zeux found him running a full set by himself. On stage he pulls the band together and makes the floor move.
