“For the past several years, I’ve been immersed in lo-fi beats and music. The relaxed rhythms and jazzy melodies create the ideal atmosphere for me to work. Low Fidelity was originally conceived as a set of paintings, inspired by a specific YouTube stream from Chillhop Music, featuring their raccoon mascot strolling through various environments. I eventually realized the paintings as a vinyl figure that I self-produced, my first attempt at producing a toy independently. I feel like this figure perfectly captures where I am in life right now.
