Desmond Miles is the modern-day protagonist whose story forms the backbone of Assassin's Creed's early games. Abducted by Abstergo and forced into the Animus, he relives the lives of his Assassin ancestors and becomes the link connecting centuries of conflict between the Assassins and Templars. What begins with a reluctant bartender trying to escape his heritage grows into a journey of acceptance, sacrifice, and a fight for humanity’s future. Marking Desmond’s first appearance on VeVe, this series celebrates the character who connected past and present, and whose story defined the earliest years of the franchise.
