The Vampirella Halloween Special was published in 2013 and is a self-contained tale that evokes the spirit of the spooky season. Blending horror and mystery seamlessly, this gothic story delivers an accessible chilling tale of Vampirella that celebrates her vampire heritage and history. What truly sets this issue apart, however, is the striking cover art by legendary painter Joe Jusko. Known for his mastery of realism and dramatic lighting, Jusko's cover portrays Vampirella with power and sensuality. He presents Vampirella as both predator and protector which perfectly evokes the classic horror pulp legacy that defines the character. Celebrate Halloween with a true classic Vampirella tale and artwork that captures the essence of the Daughter of Drakulon.
