It has the capabilities to fire energy projectile blasts, manipulate minds, perform astral projection, and allow mental communication. In Marvel Studios’ Avengers, Loki used the Scepter to defeat a unit of armed S.H.I.E.L.D. agents and brainwash Clint Barton and Erik Selvig.
