Shinjiro is the Son of the first ULTRAMAN. Having inherited the ULTRAMAN Factor from his father, he possesses super strength. He puts on an ULTRAMAN suit and begins fighting to help his father, and becomes involved with the SSSP after that. Shinjiro wears the Ultraman Suit modeled after the famous Giant of Light himself. It was made as a reinforced model that his father Shin Hayata wore, but with added features such as a helmet, Spacium Blades and the ability to fire the Spacium Beam.
